Instructions:

• To set the timer, press ‘START / STOP’. To set the countdown function, adjust the time using the ‘MIN’ and ‘SEC’ buttons (press and hold to advance the number at a faster rate). Press ‘START / STOP’ to both start and pause the timer. An alarm will sound when the timer reaches 00:00. To stop, press any button. To rest to 00:00, hold the ‘MIN’ and ‘SEC’ buttons together.
